You’ve entered in your correct email address and password and are getting a Connection Problem error that says “Your credentials or host name are incorrect. Please check the values and resubmit”. To fix this, make sure Windows Authenticate at the bottom of the screen is UNchecked.
If this doesn’t work, you can try clearing your Internet Explorer cache.
You can also try resetting your password.
