Sender Not Receiving Messages when Using Aggregate Tracking with Outlook Outbox

The typical behavior of the Office 365 Group (without tracking) is if the sender is in the same group, then the sender won’t receive the message but other members of the Group will.

All the combinations of tracking and server sending, except for Aggregate Tracking / via Outlook Outbox, expands the list/group prior to sending and sends a copy of the email to each individual, hence all the recipients receive the message.

With Aggregate Tracking / via Outlook Outbox, PoliteMail doesn’t intervene or expand the group upon sending, and Outlook takes over sending instead – so expect the typical behavior for an Office 365 group in which the Sender will not receive a copy.

If the sender wants to receive a copy of the email, they can simply put their email address in the cc field.
