If you are using Single Sign-On as a method of authentication, you will need to contact your IT department regarding your PoliteMail credentials.
1. If you are using Password Authentication, first, make sure that the Windows Authentication box on the login screen is UNchecked. Uncheck the box, restart Outlook and then try logging in again.
2. If this doesn't work, clear your internet cache. Click here to learn how to do this.
3. If this doesn't work, and you have been assigned as a User or Manager role, check to make sure you are copying your credentials from the "Your PoliteMail account is Ready" email. When you copy and paste the password, be mindful that you don't include extra spaces. If you haven't received this email, contact your Administrator user for a password reset. You should then receive the email with the zip file and new password. If you are an Administrator user, and you haven't received your Welcome email, you will need to contact another Administrator user on your account for a password reset, or contact PoliteMail Support.
