Each Column has a Filter option in it’s pull-down menu. You can Filter by name, value, date, etc. to display results that contain the searched value. You can search by multiple filters by clicking the Add button. Hitting Clear in the Filter option will clear the filter.
Filter by Date
On Columns where the date is a value, click on the pull-down menu located in the header of the Column. You’ll see there are now options to filter by date, time, and date range. For example, you want to display all results gathered in the month of January. First, click Add filter to add another filter field. Next, set the values to display After 1/1/22 and Before 1/31/22. Click Apply, and all the messages sent in January will be displayed.

Each Column in the Grid view has a Filter option in it’s pull-down menu, located in the header of the column. Each Column has it’s own unique filtering options depending on what value you want to filter. You can Filter by name, value, date, etc. to display results that contain the searched value. Clicking the Clear button will delete any filtered searches.
Filter by Date
New to PoliteMail v.4.91+ is the ability to Filter by date range. On Columns where the date is a value, click on the pull-down menu located in the header of the Column. You’ll see there are now options to filter by date, time, and date range. For example, the user wants to display all results gathered in the month of April. They will choose “Show items with value that is after 4/1/19 and is before 4/30/19.”
If the user wants to filter all results by a particular date, they would choose “Show items with value that is after 5/15/19 and 12:00AM and is before 5/15/19 and 11:59PM”
Filtering by Region/Business
Also new to PoliteMail v.4.91 is the ability to Filter by Region or Business in the Users tab. Click here to learn about Creating Groups and assigning a Region or Business to a User. Click on the pull-down menu at the top of the column and then choose which value you would like to filter.
