As a best practice, we recommend checking if the template has been shared before deleting. Here’s how:
Navigate to the POLITEAIL tab from Outlook. Select the Content drop-down menu, and choose Templates.
If the template you want to delete has the circle of arrows, it has been shared.
To Delete a Template
Navigate to the POLITEMAIL tab from Outlook. Select the Content drop-down menu, and choose Templates.
Select the Template that will be deleted.
Note: You may need to change the user drop down to “All Users” if the template was created by someone other than yourself. This may require Admin privileges.
Check the circle in the first column to Select the template.
In the menu bar click on the Delete icon to the right of the Actions drop down menu
You will be asked to confirm the template deletion, click OK.
Note: Deleted templates will not affect messages that have already been sent.

To Delete a Template
Navigate to the PoliteMail tab from Outlook. Select the Content drop-down menu, and choose Templates.
Select Template that will be deleted.

Click the box in the first column to Select the Template
In the menu bar click on the X to the right of the Actions drop down menu
You will be asked to confirm the template deletion, click OK
