When sending a PoliteMail message, you may get this warning:
This is a new feature that allows our customers to know that there had been a disruption to your connection to our Mail Flow server. This does not mean that you are still disconnected, however. Most of the time that connection has restarted without issue.
Click No to see if your message will go through.
If you get the pop-up again, confirm that mailflow is working.
Go to PoliteMail tab>Settings>My Profile>View Server Information
Look for SMTP status = ‘Start’(it should be a lighter gray).
If mailflow is working, try sending your message again. If you keep getting this error message, you may have a problem with your SMTP service and will need to submit a case to Support.
If the status = Stop-(lighter gray) , and you are not an Administrator user of PoliteMail, you will need to contact your Admin user to start Mailflow again. If you are an Administrator, click the Start button.
Now log back into PoliteMail using the Server Connection button.
Try sending the message again. If you are still receiving the error, you will need to submit a case.
